Here are some examples of modernizations you may want to consider:

Changing single speed elevator to Variable speed:
In this type VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) drive will be installed in the elevator. This drive will help to lower your current consumption, which will help you to bring down cost of inverter, if you are willing to install. It will also increase motor’s life. The most noticeable difference is its ride quality. You wont feel any jerk and leveling accuracy will be +-10 mm, making alighting and boarding from elevator safe for all specially senior citizens.

Installing Auto Rescue Device (ARD):
This is battery-operated device used to operate in case of power failure. In such situations ARD will bring a elevator to nearest landing, zdjg8a easy for any trapped person come out of the elevator. (You can not use it like an inverter)

Changing to Down collective system:
This system allows an elevator to collect all registered calls while coming down to lowest floor. In this system the elevator will give preference to all calls registered from inside the cabin. After serving highest call registered from inside it will move to the highest call registered from landing. It will come down with collecting all other registered calls registered from landing. This system will reduce elevator rounds in peak time, saving time as well as electricity. In this system controller, wiring harness in the lift shaft, all landing plates and car-operating panel inside cabin are replaced. Buttons will be soft touch buttons showing illumination as an indication that the call is registered in the system.

Upgrading To Duplex System From Simplex System In High Rise Buildings
In Duplex system both controllers work as a group and any registered call from landing will be directed towards the nearest elevator. In Simplex system each elevator work as a different unit. If you press both buttons on landing both lifts will be called and will serve the floor making unnecessary travel. Duplex system removes this situation by sending the nearest elevator the registered floor. This also reduces travel time, as other elevator is free to take other calls, which are not near the travelling elevator

Upgrading Wooden Cabin To Steel Cabin
This will increase aesthetic looks of your building, specially if you are installing S. S. Hairline finish cabin. Both cabins come with S.S. handrail and half size mirror.

Changing Cabin Fan To Auto Fan Mode
In this system Fan will be operational only if call is given from cabin. The fan will not operate by landing call. This saves electricity, as fan will work only when someone is inside the elevator.

Changing Wooden Cabin Platform To Steel Chequered Plate Platform
If Your Existing Cabin Platform Needs To Be Replaced You Can Upgrade It To M.S. Or S.S. Or Aluminum Chequered Platform Making More Durable. It Will Also Enhance The Look Of Your Elevator.
